As a society, we have experienced a significant shift towards intending to lead healthier and more satisfactory lives. However, understanding how to do that can be difficult and confusing. It also doesn’t help that there is so much contradictory information available on the internet or other platforms about what is healthy for the body and for the mind.
Here at Midnight Sun Wellness Holistic Psychology, we have created a workshop focused on physical and mental wellness and how to achieve it using evidenced based information from reputable sources.
Specifically, we have built a workshop that focuses on the five main components of personal health: Physical Wellness, Emotional Wellness, Social Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, and Intellectual Wellness.
